This weekend, we had a guest at home. A greedy. So, in the kitchen, it was a celebration: all the small cells of my brain were activated to choose THE NEW sweet recipe that I will make.INGREDIENTS
If you open my favorites, you will end up facing pages and pages of Healthy recipes. But also dozens of pages of recipes decadent, terribly sweet.
As our guest was a great gourmet, I decided to leave on this recipe from Brownie at Nutella, terribly good, shamefully bad for the line!
- 400 grams of Nutella (replaced by Nocciolata, mmmm!)
- 60 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams of flour
- 15 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of natural liquid vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place the butter and sugar in a saucepan and let it melt.
2 Out of the fire, add 200 grams of spread, as well as liquid vanilla. Mix well.
3 Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each of them.
4 In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa.
5 Incorporate dry ingredients into moist ingredients. Mix well.
6 Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
7 Put a small mold (20x20 cm ideally, which would give a real appearance of brownie) of parchment paper.
8 Pour half the dough.
9 Melt the remaining 200 grams of Nutella 20 seconds into the microwave.
10 Pour in the fillets on the dough.
11 Cover with remaining dough.
12Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C (25 minutes if you want something extra fondant, soft, chewy. Otherwise, look like it is already fondant and fluffy in the picture).
